hi guys. I’m about to make a really personal post and it’s difficult for me, so please bare with me.
so, I’ve decided I’m going to start posting a little bit about my weight loss journey on here. (don’t worry, I’ll still reblog and post about the same stuff, too.)
I recently weighed myself for the first time in a few months, and I can’t believe I’m telling almost 1800 people this, but I weighed in at about 190 pounds.
to put it into perspective for you, around this time last year, I was 120 pounds.
I have stretch marks everywhere, NONE of my clothes fit, and I can barely stand looking in mirrors.
that’s where you guys come in. I’m going to try and change my lifestyle not just to lose weight, but to get back to being healthy. I want to post about it so you guys can hopefully keep me accountable on my progress and help me if I’m feeling down. y'all are awesome and I know you can help me.
anyway, that’s all for now. I’m just gonna go hide under the covers and hope nobody actually realizes I just told the world how much I weigh…
